We accept returns for store credit only. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase and all items must be in new condition. If we have shipped the order for free of a shipping charge, the shipping amount will be deducted from the store credit total. Only unopened skeins, hanks, or cards of threads may be returned. Thread only returns will have a 30% restocking fee. Due to the labor involved a restocking fee of $25 or 30%, whichever is greater, will be assessed for all returned or exchanged kits that we have kitted.
